The Modular L Arch TV Display Exhibition Kit leaves one side open and gives a natural home for a screen, which works well on a corner plot. What do the Premium kits add over the standard version? +

Can I start with a 3m kit and expand to a larger stand later? +

That is the main advantage of buying modular. Keep the original parts list and packaging labels so the extension order matches, and check with us before buying that the components are compatible with the exact kit you own.

Do I need new graphics for every exhibition? +

Not if you plan for it. The frame is the expensive, long-lived part; the fabric is the consumable. Design your main panels around your brand and proposition so they last several seasons, and put event names, dates and campaign messaging on a separate small panel that can be reprinted cheaply. That single decision saves more over a few years than almost any other choice, and our artwork assistance is free either way.

What should I check before mounting a screen on a TV display kit? +

Check the bracket, not just the frame. Confirm the bracket's mounting pattern matches your screen and that the kit supports the screen's weight and size before you buy a large panel, because an oversized television on a lightweight frame is both unstable and unsightly. Plan where power and HDMI will run so cables are not visible across the graphic, and set the screen so its centre sits near standing eye level rather than as high as it will go.

What happens if a part is damaged or lost? +

Every kit carries a 1-year product warranty on the product itself. In practice the parts that go missing are the small ones — connectors, feet, clamps and bag fittings — rather than frame sections, so count them back into labelled bags at breakdown rather than discovering the gap at the next show. Where should I have the kit delivered? +

To your own premises, not the venue. UK delivery is free, and having the kit in advance lets you check the graphics against your approved proof, count the components and dry-build the stand once before anyone is under time pressure in a hall like SEC Glasgow. Most venues only accept goods within a narrow window during build-up and will not hold deliveries, so sending a package straight to the show is a risk with no upside.
